We meet at either 10 am or 3 pm in the English Market and discuss a menu drawing from your interests and desires and of course the produce we see...we then repair to the "soulfood" kitchen in the Ivory Tower and discuss the order of doing things over a glass of bubbles...chaos ensues so a pencil and paper come in handy! If you would like to use a camera you may...we then prepare 6-8 dishes and then sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labour matching each dish with a wine from the ivory cellar. The whole event takes between 8-9 hours with a break in the middle (ladies leave the heels at home!) The kitchen isn't huge so you will have a close view of everything and the classes are limited to 10 students maximum...you may view some snaps of the action here, and please tell me one thing you always wanted to learn when you reply...and which starting time suits.
